Green Teams Europe respects your privacy and handles your personal data with care, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / AVG). This statement explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and what rights you have.

2. What data we collect

• Contact & project enquiries: your name, company, email, phone number and any details you share (project type, services, location, message) when you use our "Start a project" form, email us or call.
• Job applications: the information and documents you send when you apply for a vacancy.
• Technical data: when you visit the site, our hosting provider logs limited technical data such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and keep it secure.

3. Why we use it & our legal basis

• To respond to your enquiry and to prepare or perform a possible agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in running our business (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• To handle and assess job applications (steps prior to a contract, and your consent).
• To keep our website secure, available and functioning (legitimate interest).

4. Cookies & similar technologies

Our website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We store your language choice (EN/NL) locally in your browser. Pages that embed video use YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie); YouTube may set cookies once you choose to play a video.

5. Sharing your data

We never sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, such as our website host and email provider, who process it on our behalf under an agreement, and with authorities where we are legally required to.

6. Storage & international transfers

Our website is served from a global content-delivery network. Where personal data is processed outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry and project data for as long as needed to handle your request and our relationship, and to meet legal obligations. Application data is removed within four weeks after a vacancy closes, unless you give us permission to keep it longer.

8. How we protect your data

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, email info@greenteamseurope.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
