Green Teams Europe x Windesheim Traineeship
Work four days a week at GTE and study one day a week at Windesheim. A four-year traineeship with real responsibility from day one, growing towards Project Management, Technical Asset Management or Service Coordination.
Service Technician PV & BESS
Enthusiastic about technology, problem-solving and working outdoors? With your electrotechnical know-how you commission, service and troubleshoot PV and battery (BESS) systems out in the field.
BESS Engineer
A technical specialist to help shape our BESS proposition, owning operations & maintenance for systems that range from 200 kWh cabinets all the way up to 100 MW containers.
Technical Asset Manager
The technical owner of our PV and BESS assets through their operational phase: you set the maintenance strategy, assess failures and are the technical point of contact for our clients.
Project Manager PV
An experienced project manager who delivers our solar projects safely, on budget and on schedule — steering the build team, the subcontractors and the client from kick-off to handover.
Work Preparation Engineer PV & BESS
A technically strong work-preparation specialist who makes sure our PV and BESS projects run safely, efficiently and right on schedule, from kick-off to handover.
Service Coordinator
The first technical point of contact for our customers: you answer technical questions, plan service work, guide our technicians in the field and make sure every job is clearly documented and fed back.
Business / Financial Controller
The hands-on sparring partner of our management board: you keep the financial administration and reporting sound, guard project margins, cash flow and forecasts, and turn the numbers into clear steering information.
Internship: Industrial Engineering & Management
Help optimise our PV and BESS projects through smart process and operational improvements. A hands-on internship for a curious HBO/WO student who likes to make things run better.
Internship: Commercial Economics & Marketing
Dive into marketing, business development and commercial strategy for renewable energy. A broad internship for an HBO/WO student who wants to learn the commercial side of the transition.
