AMS City Docks
A 4.52 MWp rooftop array on Amsterdam's all-electric city hub, we built the DC side, and we keep it running.
7,014 panels and 4.52 MWp on a brand-new, all-electric city distribution centre, built for performance and kept there.
At Business Park Amsterdam Osdorp, our partner Generation Green (with Zoncoalitie) developed a 4.52 MWp rooftop array for Proptimize's new all-electric city hub. With 7,014 Aiko panels, the system produces around 4,158,000 kWh a year and cuts roughly 1,192,680 kg of CO₂ annually, letting tenants rent the solar roof and run on their own green electricity.
Green Teams Europe delivered the DC-side construction of the installation, the panels, strings and DC wiring that form the heart of the array, installed to the highest safety and quality standards in a roughly ten-week build.
And once it went live, we stayed on. We now keep the system performing under a full operations & maintenance contract.
What we did: DC construction
- Mechanical mounting and panel installation across the rooftop
- String layout and complete DC wiring to the inverters
- Safety-first execution and clean as-built documentation
And now: Operations & Maintenance
- Active monitoring with alarm and fault handling
- Preventive maintenance to protect yield and availability
- Corrective maintenance and on-site troubleshooting
- Performance analysis and reporting for the asset owner
