We build solar parks and we are doers, focused on practical impact rather than theoretical reports. As an intern you will help optimise our PV and BESS projects with process and operational improvements.

What you’ll do

• Map processes, analyse bottlenecks and work out improvements (Lean/PDCA)
• Standardise: set up and document SOPs and work instructions
• Improve digital workflows (tasks, checklists, forms)
• Define KPIs and dashboards for lead time, quality and cost
• Work with operations, technicians and project teams

Possible focus areas

• Logistics & warehouse (WMS, stock management)
• Planning & execution (resource planning)
• Quality & safety (inspection forms, audits)
• Project logistics (inbound/outbound flow)
• Digital standardisation (knowledge base)

What we’re looking for

• You’re studying HBO Industrial Engineering & Management, Logistics or a similar field
• Structure-oriented and genuinely interested in processes
• Independent, proactive and inquisitive
• At home in an energetic, fast-changing environment
